Terms and Conditions

By making a booking at “The Hostel”, the guest automatically enters into an agreement with the accommodation provider and, as a result, accepts the terms and conditions set out in that agreement, as listed below:

Booking Guarantee

To guarantee their booking, guests must provide their credit card or bank account details. These details are provided solely to guarantee the booking and will not be used by The Hostel to charge any amount, except in cases where the cancellation policy is not complied with. In such cases, the applicable penalty may be charged, as described below.

Booking Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

Bookings made at our property may be cancelled under the following conditions:

• No penalty will be charged if you cancel your booking by contacting the property within 24 hours before your arrival date.
• if the booking is not cancelled by 24 hours before the arrival date or if the guest does not arrive at the property without cancelling the booking in advance (a “no-show”), the cost of the first night’s stay will be charged as a penalty.

Please note that the penalty due to the property for failure to cancel or for cancellation made less than 24 hours before arrival will be automatically charged by our bank using the bank details you provided at the time of booking.
