From Genova piazza principe train station you can choose between:
On foot! (free) 15 minutes walk from the center in the direction of the hill.
Exit the station in the direction of Piazza Aquaverde, walk towards Via Balbi and follow it until the end.
Turn to the left and in the end of the street pass the big white church on your right, reaching Via Dino Belluci.
Turn to the road and once at the top you’ll reach Via Brignole de Ferrari. Turn left and up the road you will find two staircases, take the right one.
Once at the top, on the right corner of the university building, there is an uphill pedestrian road. Take it and after two curves you will see a small grey gate on the right with our sign.
Autobus (1,50€) 15 minutes.
In front of the Piaza principe station go to the stop 0568 Principe Fs and take the line 36 in the diretion of the hill(linea diretta a piazza Merani), exit at the 0551 Firenze/San Nicola stop.
Just a few steps behind the bus stop you will find a pedestrian road on your right, going down (Salita S. Nicolò), walk down for about 50 meters and on your left you will find a small black gate without sign.
On foot +Funicular (1,50€) 20 minutes.
Leave the station towards Piazza Acquaverde, walk towards via Balbi and go to the end of the street. Stay on the left sidewalk and walk past a large white church.
Cross the street and follow via Bensa.
Once on the other side of the road turn left and walk for two hundred meters. On your left just before the tunnel you will find the funicular station Zecca Righi. Take it and exit at San Nicolò stop.
Cross the street and just before the bus stop you will see a brick pedonal road going down (Ascent St. Nicholas), take it for about 100 meters and on your left you will find a small black gate with our sign.

Volabus+ multiple choice after Principe station 45 minutes aproximatley
Leaving the aeroport take the volabus.
Get off the bus oin the stop Principe station.
